Europe is very much a key player as far as entrepreneurs are concerned. Nearly 70% of rules and regulations have their origins in Europe. Concrete issues as well as broader, 'horizontal' initiatives launched from Europe have a real impact on business. In other words, Europe cannot be neglected.
