SOCIAL DIALOGUE
Labour law, industrial relations and social security are the pillars of the Belgian social system. FEB strives to create an environment favourable to social initiatives and to control social security costs, most of which are funded by employers. FEB also plays a key role in all aspects of social dialogue and, as a result, sits on a number of decision-making, consultation and management committees.
