OUR STRUCTURE
The Federation of Enterprises in Belgium is structured in such a way that the industries it represents can play an active role in defining its strategy and key guidelines.
The FEB General Meeting comprises all of FEB’s member federations and their presidents.
The Board of Directors comprises representatives of the member federations. It defines the policy FEB will follow in order to achieve its aims.
The Strategy Committee is made up of business leaders and assists the FEB president and CEO in carrying out their duties.
The Management Committee, which is chaired by the CEO, is made up of the Executive Managers of the Competence Centres and the Head of Communication & Events. Within the Management Committee, the CEO, Director-General and Chief Operating Officer form the Executive Committee, which is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of FEB. This Committee implements the Board’s policy decisions and coordinates the activities of the Competence Centres.
The committees and platforms are crucial to the operation of FEB. They examine specific issues and produce position papers for the Board of Directors.
Lastly, all of this is supported by FEB’s internal organisation, which includes the various competence centres, communication & events and the back office.
