The federation deals mainly with social and employment issues (in a broad sense) relating to the employees of companies participating in the joint committee for the international trade, transport and logistics sector (Committee No. 226).

The Employers' Federation for International Trade, Transport and Logistics is a signatory to collective agreements in the sector and provides targeted information in the social field for its member companies, including advice on social and labour legislation and collective agreements.
