UPSI–BVS represents Belgium’s leading real estate developers and investors.
UPSI–BVS is devoted exclusively to identifying, defending and promoting the professional interests of its members.
The Professional Association of the Real Estate Sector:
• studies the Belgian real estate market and its influencing factors;
• aims to promote and support all statutory and administrative measures that are beneficial to the real estate sector;
• represents its members in dealings with the federal and regional authorities and collaborates with and advises public bodies;
• advises its full members on all professional matters – be they technical, legal and/or financial – and provides them with relevant information;
• has representatives on various urban development and town/spatial planning committees;
• represents Belgium in Build Europe.
